The success of a company is driven by strong human resources (HR). To continuously develop and strengthen employee quality, Dwigraha Medical held an Employee Gathering on December 10–12, 2025, carrying the theme “Resilient Spirit and Unwavering Strength for a Growing Company.”
The event took place at Padi Resort, Puncak, Bogor, and was attended by 124 employees from across Indonesia. In line with the company’s vision, the Employee Gathering focused on three pillars of human resource development: knowledge building, team building, and spiritual building.
The first day of the Employee Gathering focused on knowledge building. Five sessions were delivered by each Division Head, covering Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing & Sales, and Product Development.
The final session featured a guest speaker from the marketing field, Niluh Putu Ayu Setiawati, a Certified Professional Marketer with experience across various industries. The day concluded with an exciting grand prize giveaway, featuring spectacular prizes such as televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, and mobile phones, awarded to six employees.
The second day was dedicated to team building activities. The program began at 6:00 a.m. with a group exercise session, followed by a fun outbound activity at 9:00 a.m., consisting of nine games designed to strengthen teamwork, collaboration, and togetherness. A door prize session was also held for all employees.
In the evening, the Fellowship Night brought a lively and joyful atmosphere through various performances, including poetry readings, singing, stand-up comedy, TikTok dances, and light-hearted roasting for the CEO. The event became even more engaging with a poetry recital by Tubagus Mualif, CEO of Dwigraha Medical & Chageur Medical Industry.
At the end of the evening, three employees were announced as recipients of Umrah rewards, namely:
On the third day, spiritual building activities began at 2:00 a.m. for Muslim participants. The session included Tahajud prayer, muhasabah (self-reflection), and dawn prayer, guided by Ustadz Zaini, S.Ag., M.Pd., with the prayer led by Ustadz Amminudin (Accounting Staff). This activity was intended to provide spiritual healing and encourage personal reflection.
The Employee Gathering concluded with a souvenir shopping session at Sari Barokah, followed by the return journey together to Jakarta and each participant’s respective hometown.
